APUIM System Requirements

Windows

Jabber Messenger client systems must have:

• Windows 98SE, 2000, ME, or XP.
  • Windows 2000 users must have Service Pack 2 installed.
  • Windows 98SE users must have dsclient.exe installed.
• Internet Explorer 5.0
• 256 MB RAM
• 28.8 Kbps or faster modem, ISDN, or LAN connection
• Microsoft NetMeeting 3.01 (if NetMeeting integration is desired)

Macintosh

Mac OS X 10.2 and greater is supported

Unfortunately, we were unable to find a supported client for Apple Macintosh prior to version OS X 10.2. If you find one that works please let us know, but we don't guarantee to support it.

PDA

We do not support APUIM on PDA's at this time. However you might find PocketPC or PalmOS clients on the jabber.org site.
