New Version of the Psi Jabber Client Available

Psi 0.9.1 Available on the Download Page

Psi is a free Instant Messaging application designed for Microsoft Windows, Apple Mac OS X and GNU/Linux. Psi is our supported application for Mac OSX, but is also available for Windows.

New Features

• Popup notifications
• Redesigned Iconset & Emoticons system
• Public IM Gateway icons for individual contacts
• Ability to use custom roster icons for contacts
• Emoticon popup menu in chat window, for quick access
• Roster groups open/closed state saved
• 'Free for Chat' status
• Mac: ability to hide/restore main window
• Option: ignore messages from addresses not in your roster
• Option: 'small' group headings

Along with the new features, many bugs were fixed. Users are highly encouraged to upgrade.
